Probate Administrator or Executor
After a loved one passes away, the probate administration allows for effective management and distribution of the deceased individual’s assets. The probate process refers to the process of filing a will in court and administering the estate.
Once the estate assets have been called in and debts paid the final duty of the Administrator is to distribute the estate as directed by the Will, or where the Will does not dispose of assets, or there is no will, in accordance with the rules of intestacy.
We work closely with the family, the accountant, and the attorney to make sure all final wishes are followed and assets are distributed exactly as directed.
