What is a professional fiduciary?
Professional fiduciaries provide critical services to seniors, persons with disabilities, and children. We manage matters for clients including daily care, housing and medical needs, and also offer financial management services ranging from basic bill paying to estate and investment management.
We work as part of a team with attorneys, accounting professionals, and healthcare professionals to make sure our clients have the best of advice and of care. We make sure the necessary steps are taken to make sure our clients wishes are followed.
Do I need a fiduciary?
What does a fiduciary do?
A Fiduciary can help you with your current needs by serving with a Power of Attorney, a Trustee, or Conservator of the Estate of of the Person.
We can serve future needs making sure your estate plans are executed properly and your wishes are followed.
Why would I use a fiduciary and not a family member?
Family members are not always available and willing to assume the burden of the accounting and legal requirements of serving as a Fiduciary.
What do fiduciary services cost?
We charge an hourly fee so that you only pay for the time we spend on you. All fees are discussed before we begin any work on your behalf and will vary due to the complexity of the case.
